It's a Launch Party

Okay, so technically there is no launch party. But this is my very first post and it sure feels like one. I am so excited to present to you truly {passionate, stylish, me}. It's been a long work in progress, and I thank God the day has finally come. Check out my About page to learn my story.

I thought I'd start things off by sharing with you what inspires me during my day-to-day. Sometimes we can get so caught up in our daily routine, that we don't take the time to stop and smell the roses so to speak.  Especially with the holidays upon us, there are so many rich sounds, smells, and eye-catching displays to take note of, even as we carry on our most mundane activities. So as I was out and about, I decided to take pictures of things that inspired me—a  cute pair of shoes, a lovely store display, anything that caught my eye. Take a look at what I found.

These are just a few of the images that struck me. Taking pictures really sharpens my eye and makes me notice my surroundings in a way I may not have before.

So now it's your turn. What inspires you in your everyday? Maybe there's a certain shop  you pass by on your way to work that makes you want to stop in when you really don't have the time to.
